Tilt Collective brings together seven milliners whose shared foundation in traditional craftsmanship is matched by a contemporary approach to design.
The members first met while studying on the Millinery HNC at Morley College in London and later formed Tilt Collective. Together, they bring fresh perspectives to modern millinery, creating distinctive, handcrafted headpieces.

Roberta is an award-winning couture milliner working across fashion and theatre.
Her portfolio includes sculptural pieces made with innovative and sustainable materials, from biomaterials to recycled copper. In 2024 she won the Innovation Prize at the Feltmakers Design Awards.
Her recent work includes headpieces for emerging designer Genaro Rivas at London Fashion Week, pieces for Robert Wun under the Awon Golding brand at Paris fashion week, as well as major West End productions.

Vic has been making hats since 2016. A graduate of the London College of Fashion and holder of a distinction in the HNC Millinery at Morley College London, she creates striking occasion pieces inspired by romantic and elegant silhouettes of the past, reinterpreted with modern vitality.

Kate began making hats in 2019, pausing her training during the pandemic before returning to complete an HNC in Millinery. In 2024 Kate placed second in the prestigious Feltmakers Award.
Sustainability informs her practice, from vintage ribbons and deadstock fabrics to natural dyes. Her designs are influenced by her deep love of London and its history and culture, to create distinctive, wearable expressions of contemporary millinery.
